At JewelryMarine.store, we are committed to your complete satisfaction. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • It must be in its original, unworn, and undamaged condition.
  • It must be in the original packaging, including any gift boxes, pouches, or presentation materials.
  • The return must be requested within 30 days of the date you received your order.
  • Custom-made, engraved, or personalized items cannot be returned or refunded unless they are faulty or we have made an error.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on pierced earrings (unless faulty) or any item that shows signs of wear.

How to Initiate a Return

Please follow these steps to initiate a return:

  1. Contact Us: Within 30 days of receipt, please email us at netlajidui@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Wait for Instructions: Our customer service team will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address.
  3. Ship the Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging and mail it to the address we provide. We highly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as you are responsible for the item until it reaches us. Please include the RMA number on the package.

Return Shipping Costs

  • The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).
  • The original shipping cost is non-refundable for returns that are not our fault.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

  • Timing: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
  • Amount: You will be refunded the full price of the returned item(s). Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or credit card company first, as it may take some time to process. Then, contact us if you still have not received it.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different one, the fastest way is to return the original item for a refund and then place a new order for the item you desire.

Damaged or Defective Items

We thoroughly inspect every piece of jewelry before shipment. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at netlajidui@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photos or a video of the damage or defect. We will apologize for the error and arrange for a replacement or full refund, including any return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made, personalized, or engraved jewelry.
  • Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery.
  • Pierced earrings (for hygiene reasons, unless faulty).
  • Any item not in its original condition, packaging, or with missing tags.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We can only cancel orders that have not yet been processed or shipped. If your order has already been fulfilled, it will be subject to our standard return policy upon arrival.
